Our story
Established in 2023, we are a small but fresh and enthusiastic leadership training company founded by a group of Army veteran friends.
Drawing from our extensive military experience, shared passion and huge knowledge base for all things leadership we decided to form a company to offer this knowledge out to organisations looking for something different in their L&D offering.
We’ve had an awesome time this year working with a range of clients, including a large batch of work with the NHS, garnering huge praise for our knowledgeable instructors and engaging sessions.
Our approach
Content: Leadership and/or planning skills
Location: Ideally face-to-face in classroom but virtual possible
Style: Led discussions – we present a topic and then guide the group discussion of the nuance around the topic, always seeking to converge on practical takeaways
Target audience: managers with some experience, who are looking to refine their leadership and/or planning skills
Coaching & organisational development: we do offer follow-up coaching skills for clients really looking to see the knowledge of a training day embed in their leaders as well as helping to design tools and processes to better embed leadership behaviours and process.
