  • Founder - Andy Wiltshire

    Andy founded Moonraker Innovation out of a desire to see creativity better harnessed in the defence sector. A mechanical engineer by education he spent seven years as an Officer in the British Army’s Corps of Royal Engineers. Throughout his career he’s been passionate about innovation of process, product and organisation.

  • Consultant - Liam Tobin

    A 22-year career in the British Army, has seen Liam rise to the highest rank as a soldier and work in many roles including as a bomb-disposal expert. The high-performing teams he has led have deployed to Afghanistan, Iraq and Northern Ireland on operations whilst traveling World-wide in support of training. In the UK, Liam has been focused on bringing in new equipment and training processes into service requiring him to heavily lean on change management techniques.

  • Consultant - Shane Ross

    Shane’s passions and expertise are in training and innovation to achieve organisational development. His 23 year Army career has been rich in leadership and management experience, deploying to Bosnia, Northern Ireland, Iraq and multiple tours of Afghanistan, in construction and bomb disposal roles - receiving a gallantry commendation. Recent experience has been delivering innovation & experimentation support to Defence procurement, and training and innovation management for a large organisation. Outside of work, Shane does voluntary youth engagement and is a keen footballer.

  • Consultant - Ben Turner

    Consultant - Ben Turner

    A background in politics and international relations means Ben is passionate about the structures that form organisations and governments. He is experienced in managing the operations of large organisations in the Army and loves to bring a data-centric approach to management. A man of varied interests - he recently won the MOD hacking competition and owns a small woodworking company.

  • Consultant - Angus Neate

    Consultant - Angus Neate

    Angus’ Army career has seen him work across Africa and the Middle East in both engineering and strategic advisory roles. He has run training teams for partnered nations’ forces across the globe and managed operations for large military organisations. He recently served as an advisor to the Armed Forces of Somalia on their international engagement. A keen team sports player, Angus has always been interested in team dynamics, team performance and the psychology behind leadership and fostering high performance teams.

  • Consultant - Dave Hawksworth

    Dave also spent his career in the Royal Engineers, working as a team leader, operations lead and training developer. Dave is passionate about designing powerful and engaging training processes with a strong lean on psychological resilience. Whilst deployed to the UN buffer zone in Cyprus Dave was the lead liaison to Turkish forces and received the Lord Fellowes humanitarian award for his work. Outside of work he is an excellent sportsman who manages several teams in different disciplines.
