Our approach
We believe the best leadership training doesn’t come from reading slides – it comes from real discussion, shared insight, and practical application. Our training is deliberately immersive, engaging and practical, just like the environments in which great leadership is tested.
-
We design our courses for in-person delivery – where real energy, trust and challenge are built in the room. That said, we understand the need for flexibility and can deliver virtual sessions that still deliver strong engagement and outcomes when required.
-
Each session follows a guided discussion model. We introduce a leadership topic, then facilitate deep, structured conversation around the real-life nuance that surrounds it. Our aim is always to help participants converge on practical takeaways they can apply immediately.
-
Our training is designed for leaders and managers with some experience under their belt – people who know what it feels like to lead, but want to sharpen their thinking, refine their judgement, and become more intentional in how they lead and plan.
That being said we’ve done loads with first time managers who are full of learning enthusiasm! -
Everything we teach is built around the Moonraker Method – our three-part approach to leadership that focuses on:
Understanding and motivating people (Lead the Human)
Designing clear, effective systems that support performance (Build the System)
Making confident, adaptive plans that teams can follow under pressure (Own the Plan)
It’s an approach designed to work in the real world, not just in training rooms.
-
We deliberately keep class sizes small – typically 8 to 12 participants. It’s the sweet spot where conversations flow, ideas are shared, and everyone gets airtime. We’re not interested in tick-box training – we want people to get stuck in.
-
Our training days are full and intense. We aim to fill the whole working day with value – keeping energy high, content rich, and discussion focused. We like to push our groups, in the best possible way.
-
Training is only the start. For clients who want to see lasting impact, we offer:
Follow-up coaching for individuals or groups to deepen understanding and apply ideas in live environments
Organisational development consultancy to help teams embed leadership behaviours into their tools, systems and ways of working
